Gurdip Kaur Saini is an Associate Professor and has 20 years of experience in educational technology, organizational development, transformative leadership, and educational management. She is the consultant Director of Academics/Principal at Kinderland Education. She has completed her Doctor of Education (DEd) from Open University Malaysia, Malaysia. And MA (English for Specific Purposes) from Universiti Putra Malaysia, Master of Early Childhood Education (ECE), UNITAR, Malaysia, and BA in English Language (minor Communications) from Universiti Putra Malaysia.
Her areas of expertise include Educational Management, Technology Education, Instructional Design, English for Specific Purposes, Early Childhood Education, Child Psychology, Open Distance and Technology-Enabled Learning, English Language Teaching and Learning, Culture and Ethnic Engagement, and Organizational Development.
Dr Gurdip has held several top management positions at various international and private universities and multinational corporate organizations and has actively published in international journals, national and international books, and book chapters. Being a recipient of several academic awards and scholarships, including conveying a valedictorian speech during her doctorate graduation, she has successfully held many top management positions. She has been appointed and currently is the only Malaysian serving for the Wise Women Mentorship programme by Commonwealth of Learning (COL) under the Commonwealth Wise Women (CWW) project. Apart from holding various appointments, Dr Gurdip continues to play as the advocate of integrating smart learning technologies that provide a more successful platform towards knowledge acquisition, social engagement, and empowerment for young children and women development around the globe.
