Submissions must be made in English. Authors are welcome to use
American or British spellings as long as they are used consistently
throughout the whole of the submission (not a mixture of the two).
Pre-Submission Language Editing for Scholarly Manuscripts
The use of language editing services prior to submission may be valuable for some authors. Before submitting your manuscript to Horizon, you may wish to have it professionally edited, particularly if English is not your first language; to ensure your manuscript is understandable and free of grammatical or spelling errors. This is not a mandatory step, but may help tremendously to ensure that the academic content of your paper is fully understood by reviewers and journal editors.
